Personal Information - During a Web Site visit, we ask a customer for personal contact information (such as name, title, company name, email address, telephone number, fax number and addresses for shipping/billing) as part of the purchase process, to become a registered user of the Web Site, when you request information from or submit a question to Megastar Electroniques Inc., and when you complete any web forms asking for such information.

III. Sharing Of Your Information
Megastar Electroniques Inc. may share information we collect through the Web Site, including personal information, with its product suppliers, for example, for market research and payment of commission to the supplier's agents.

V. Use by Children
A. Policy – This Web Site is not tailored for children under 13 years of age, and Megastar Electroniques Inc. does not seek to collect Personal Information about children under 13 years of age through its Web Site. If we discover that such information has been provided and collected through the Web Site, we will delete such information. Thus, we typically retain no identifiable information about children.
B. Removal of Child's Personal Information –Parents may request deletion of Personal Information provided to Megastar Electroniques Inc. through the Web Site by sending an e-mail to Megastar Electroniques Inc. with the following information: (a) parent's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address; and (b) the child's name and/or nickname, and e-mail address. This information will only be used to search our databases and deliver confirmation to you that the child's Personal Information has been deleted. Please note that the deletion of your child's Personal Information from Megastar Electroniques Inc.'s database will prevent Megastar Electroniques Inc. from notifying you or your child in the event of a recall of a product your child purchased in violation of our policies. Therefore, if your child purchased products through the Web Site in spite of our efforts to prevent it, we recommend that you simply request the substitution of your name for your child's name in our records, in order to be notified in the event of a recall.
